1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or ordering a sub-account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
CheapEC2.com provides managed AWS EC2 sub-accounts under consolidated billing: fully isolated AWS accounts with high vCPU quotas pre-applied, funded through prepaid balances, and billed per second of usage. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Inc. AWS and Amazon EC2 are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Account and credentials
Each sub-account is isolated and accessed with credentials that belong to you. You are responsible for safeguarding those credentials and for all activity that occurs through your sub-account, including instances you launch and data you store. You must comply with applicable AWS customer agreements as they apply to the underlying account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for: illegal activity; fraud; abuse of AWS or other networks; launching workloads that violate applicable law or third-party rights; or circumventing quotas or billing controls. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe use of the service is unlawful or harmful.
5. Prepaid balance and billing
Usage is deducted per second from your prepaid balance. You are responsible for keeping sufficient balance for running workloads. If your balance runs out, instances stop or must be topped up first. Reference prices on this site are indicative and confirmed at checkout. See our Refund Policy for balance refunds.
6. Discounts and pricing
Discounts shown (15%–35% off reference AWS On-Demand prices) are tiered by instance family and applied to your account rate. AWS On-Demand prices are set by AWS and may change; your discounted rate is calculated from the reference price at time of billing. We aim to publish accurate figures but prices on this site are informational.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with AWS services, and we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or AWS service changes affecting your workloads.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapEC2.com’s total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request a refund of unused balance per our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have accrued.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be raised with us at info@cheapec2.com and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
